摘  要:铺设高性能混凝土层能够显著降低正交异性钢桥面疲劳应力,从而提升其疲劳性能。依托宜宾临港公铁平层长江大桥工程,采用足尺模型疲劳试验和有限元模拟进行钢纤维混凝土层对钢桥面疲劳应力消减效应的定量分析。通过钢-混组合桥面足尺模型静力和疲劳试验,观测钢桥面易损细节的疲劳应力和混凝土层开裂情况。根据足尺模型建立有限元模型并验证其合理性,基于有限元模型进行参数分析,探明影响钢桥面疲劳应力消减作用的关键因素。结果表明:混凝土层对钢桥面的疲劳应力消减作用主要受混凝土层和钢桥顶面刚度影响,深度不超过混凝土保护层的裂缝的不利影响可忽略。提出的疲劳应力消减作用量化公式可为正交异性钢-混组合桥面优化设计提供参考。The high performance concrete overlay can significantly reduce the fatigue stresses at susceptible details of or⁃thotropic steel decks(OSD)and effectively improve the fatigue performance.Full⁃scale model fatigue tests and numerical simulations were conducted to quantify the effects of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)overlays in reduc⁃ing the OSD fatigue stress,based on the Lin’gang Yangtze River Bridge with both railway tracks and road lanes arranged on one deck level.Fatigue stress of the critical details of OSD was obtained from static and fatigue tests and cracking was observed in the SFRC overlay.The corresponding finite element model was then established and verified by the test re⁃sults,and used to conduct a parametric study on the fatigue stress reducing effect of the OSD.The results show that the stiffness ratio of concrete overlay and steel deck mainly governs the fatigue stress reduction effect,and the concrete cracking has a slight negative influence when the crack depth does not exceed concrete cover.The proposed quantitative model on the fatigue stress reduction effect can be referred to the optimum design of orthotropic steel⁃concrete composite bridge decks.
