番茄抗青枯病砧木优良组合的精准鉴定与评价

摘  要:为选育综合性状优良、抗青枯病的优质砧木品种,减少番茄生产中青枯病的发生。本研究以初步筛选的3个优异杂交组合(20-3348×20-3353、20-3349×20-3354和20-3350×20-3354)作为砧木,以千禧樱桃番茄作为接穗,利用分子标记和田间筛选的方法进一步准确鉴定与评价。结果表明,3个杂交组合作为砧木与千禧嫁接的亲和性良好,并且3个杂交组合都具高抗特性,可显著降低接穗的发病率。通过对果实特性、品质和产量进行分析,发现20-3348×20-3353和20-3349×20-3354显著提高了接穗果实的大小和硬度,20-3349×20-3354显著提高了接穗果实的可溶性固形物含量,3个杂交组合都显著增加了接穗坐果率和单果质量。综合表明,3个番茄砧木杂交组合综合性状优良,其中20-3348×20-3353、20-3349×20-3354表现最佳,具有一定的推广潜力。In order to breed high-quality rootstock cultivars with excellent comprehensive traits and resistance to bacterial wilt,and solve the problem of bacterial wilt in tomato production,three excellent hybrid combinations(20-3348×20-3353,20-3349×20-3354 and 20-3350×20-3354)were used as rootstocks,and Qianxi cherry tomato was used as scion in this study.Molecular markers and field screening methods were used for further accurate identification and evaluation.The results showed that the three hybrid combinations as rootstocks had good affinity with Qianxi grafting,and the three hybrid combinations belonged to high resistance characteristics,which could significantly reduce the disease incidence of scions.Through the analysis of fruit characteristics,quality and yield,it was found that 20-3348×20-3353 and 20-3349×20-3354 significantly increased the size and hardness of the scion fruit,20-3349×20-3354 significantly increased the soluble solids content of the scion fruit,and the three hybrid combinations significantly increased the scion fruit setting rate and single fruit weight.The results showed that the hybrid combinations of three tomato rootstocks had excellent comprehensive traits,among which 20-3348×20-3353 and 20-3349×20-3354 had better performance and had certain promotion potential.
