摘 要:菠菜是一种生长快速、耐寒、适应性强的蔬菜,适合春秋季种植。种植密度会对菠菜品质和产量产生影响,为筛选菠菜适宜的种植密度,达到最佳栽培效果,比较了5种不同播种密度下菠菜的生长指标、生理指标与营养品质。结果表明,播种密度为2.5 kg/667 m^(2)时,菠菜的株高、叶片宽和叶柄长较大,维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量较高,硝态氮与草酸含量较低。因此,认为该试验条件下菠菜种植的适宜密度为2.5 kg/667 m^(2),以期为相似环境条件、生态类型的菠菜种植提供依据。Spinach is a fast-growing,cold-resistant and adaptable vegetable,which is suitable for planting in spring and autumn.Planting density affects the quality and yield of spinach.In order to screen the suitable planting density of spinach to achieve the best cultivation effect,the growth index,physiological index and nutritional quality of spinach under five different sowing densities were compared.The results showed that when the sowing density was 2.5 kg/667 m^(2),the plant height,leaf width and petiole length of spinach were larger,the contents of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein were higher,and the contents of nitrate nitrogen and oxalic acid were lower.Therefore,it was considered that the suitable density of spinach planting was 2.5 kg/667 m^(2) under the experimental conditions.This study could provide a basis for spinach planting with similar environmental conditions and ecological types.
