摘  要:为解决市民对鲜食玉米化学农药残留影响身体健康的疑虑,研究生物药剂替代化学药剂防治鲜食玉米生产上最重要的害虫玉米螟。共设置20亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂的3个浓度处理、32000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌可湿性粉剂2个浓度处理和100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂1个浓度处理与清水对照(CK)作玉米螟防效的比较。试验结果表明,在大喇叭口期,采用20亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂750 mL/hm^(2)或100亿孢子/mL短稳杆菌悬浮剂1500 mL/hm^(2)处理,可安全有效地防治玉米螟为害,是目前防治鲜食玉米玉米螟生物药剂的理想选择。In order to solve the public's doubts about the impact of fresh corn chemical pesticide residues on the health of human,the effects of biological agents instead of chemical agents to control the most important pest corn borer in fresh corn production were studied.Three doses of 2 billion PIB/mL Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension,two doses of 32000 IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis wettable powder and one dose of 10 billion spores/mL Empedobacter brevis suspension were used to compare the control efficiency of corn borer with water as control.The results showed that 2 billion PIB/mL M.brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension 750 mL/hm^(2)or 10 billion spores/mL Empedobacter brevis 1500 mL/hm^(2)suspension at the big flare stage could safely and effectively control the damage of corn borer,which were the ideal biological agents to control corn borer on fresh corn.
