基于变频空调调节的机房温度节能控制方法研究

摘  要:为实现对机房温度的精确调控和能源消耗的最小化,围绕机房热动力学模型的构建、变频空调的工作特性,以及模糊逻辑和反向传播(BackPropagation,BP)神经网络在温控系统中的应用进行研究。通过设计并实施仿真实验,系统地评估了控制方案在不同工况下的响应性和节能效益。研究表明,所提出的节能控制方法能显著减少机房的能耗,同时保持室内温度在设定范围内的稳定,能够适应复杂的机房环境,对实际的机房温度控制系统具有一定的指导和应用价值,为数据中心的节能减排提供了新的技术路径。The objective of this article is to achieve accurate temperature control of the engine room and minimize energy consumption.The research contents focuse on the construction of the thermodynamic model of the engine room,the operation characteristics of the inverter air conditioner,and the application of Fuzzy Logic and Back Propagation(BP)neural network in the temperature control system.Through the design and implementation of simulation experiments,the response and energy saving efficiency of the control scheme under different working conditions are evaluated systematically.The research results show that the proposed energy-saving control method can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the engine room,while keeping the indoor temperature stable within the set range,and can adapt to the complex engine room environment.It has certain guidance and application value for the actual temperature control system of the engine room,and provides a new technical path for energy saving and emission reduction of the data center.
