液压系统清洁度在液压支架中的应用分析

摘　　要：液压系统清洁度对液压支架能否稳定工作具有十分重要的意义,既可以减少元件磨损,保持系统压力与流量平稳,又可以有效防止支架突发故障,提高工作环境安全,进而降低事故风险。另外,清洁度好也可以降低维修成本、减少元件更换频率、节约维修工时与成本。在运行前、运行中与故障处理中,要保证液压系统干净。为了提高液压系统清洁度,应采取应用先进的过滤技术、对油液进行合理选择和管理、对运行和维修过程进行清洁控制等措施。The cleanliness of the hydraulic system is of great significance to the stable operation of the hydraulic support.,which can not only reduce component wear,and maintain stable system pressure and flow,but also effectively prevent sudden failure of support,improve the safety of working environment,and then reduce the risk of accident.In addition,good cleanliness can also reduce maintenance costs,reduce the frequency of component replacement,and save maintenance time and costs.It′s necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system before,during operation and during troubleshooting.To improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system,the application of advanced filtering technology,the reasonable selection and management of oil,and the cleaning control of the operation and maintenance process should be adopted.
