摘  要:桥梁支座的力学性能和可靠性对桥梁的正常承载和安全性有重要的影响。盆式橡胶支座的关键受力部件为橡胶板和盆环,球型支座的关键受力部件为球冠衬板和球面四氟板。从工程设计的角度出发,针对盆式橡胶支座,采用数值的方法着重研究了盆环受力特性,将盆环受力的数值结果与工程设计验算结果进行对比分析,发现二者吻合度非常理想;对于球型支座,同样采用数值方法分析了其在不同荷载作用下的应力分布特点,找出了受力结构的高应力区。The mechanical performance and reliability of bridge bearings have an important impact on the normal bearing capacity and safety of bridges.For pot type rubber bearings,the key load-bearing components are rubber plates and pot rings.For spherical bearings,the key load-bearing components are spherical crown lining plates and spherical PTFE plates.From the perspective of engineering design requirements,this article focuses on the stress characteristics of the pot ring for pot rubber bearings using numerical methods.The numerical results of the stress on the pot ring are compared and analyzed with the results of engineering design verification,and it is found that the fit between the two is very ideal;For spherical bearings,numerical methods were also used to analyze their stress distribution characteristics under different loads,and the high stress zone of the stressed structure was identified.
