摘  要:地铁施工中,地面变形对周边建筑安全具有潜在风险。首先,深入剖析了地面变形的关键影响要素,包括施工技术手段、地质状况、建筑自身结构等。其次,细致阐述了这些地面变形对建筑结构裂纹产生、砌体工程状况、墙面装饰效果的具体影响,并针对此类影响,提出了相应的施工策略和技术手段,如处理结构裂纹的办法、对砌体工程的加固措施、保护墙面装饰的方式。旨在确保地铁施工进程中周边建筑的安全,为相关工程实践提供有力的参考与指导。During subway construction,ground deformation poses a potential threat to the safety of adjacent buildings.This article conducts an in-depth analysis on the key influencing factors of ground deformation,including construction methods,geological conditions,and building structure itself.Secondly,it elaborates in detail on the specific impacts of deformation on structural cracks in buildings,masonry work of wall and floor tiles,and wall decoration projects.In response to these impacts,corresponding construction plans and technical measures are proposed,including methods for dealing with structural cracks,reinforcement measures for masonry engineering,and ways to protect wall decorations.It aims to ensure the safety of adjacent buildings during subway construction and provide strong reference and guidance for related engineering practices.
