摘  要:在“双碳”背景下,公路养护产生的废旧沥青混合料(Recycled Asphalt Pavement,RAP)处理成为焦点。精细化油石分离技术通过高效分离老化沥青与集料,优化旧料分档,显著提升了RAP掺配比例与利用率,促进了交通绿色转型。首先,探讨精细化分离工艺,预估RAP细料老化沥青性能,评估其最大掺量。其次,对比精细化分离与常规破碎筛分的SMA-13混合料,设计最优配合比与沥青用量。最后,通过路用性能评价,验证精细化分离SMA-13在高温、低温、水稳及疲劳性能上的优越性,为绿色养护提供技术支撑。In the context of"Dual Carbon",the treatment of Recycled Asphalt Pavement(RAP)generated from highway maintenance has become a focus.The refined oil and stone separation technology,through efficient separation of aged asphalt and aggregates,optimizes the grading of old materials,significantly improving the RAP blending ratio and utilization rate,and promoting the green transformation of transportation.Firstly,the fine separation process is explored to estimate the aging asphalt performance of RAP fines and to assess their maximum blending rate.Subsequently,the SMA-13 mixture with refined separation and conventional crushing and screening is compared to design the optimal mix ratio and asphalt dosage.Finally,through road performance evaluation,the superiority of refined separation SMA-13 in high temperature,low temperature,water stability,and fatigue performance is verified,providing technical support for green maintenance.
