摘　　要：混流泵作为一种工业设备,具有流量大、扬程小的特点,被广泛应用于火力发电厂、城市给排水、工业循环水等的流体输送工作中,其运行的稳定性和安全性对保障企业生产具有重要作用。在火力发电厂循环水系统中,混流泵往往会出现各种异常现象,影响其正常运行。通过分析国家电投集团协鑫滨海发电有限公司2×1000MW超超临界燃煤机组配套混流泵特点与典型故障,确定最佳运行、检修和长周期运行方案,对其他同类型水泵具有一定的借鉴价值。As an industrial equipment,mixed flow pumps have the characteristics of high flow rate and low head,and are widely used in fluid transportation work such as thermal power plants,urban water supply and drainage,and industrial circulating water.The stability and safety of their operation play an important role in ensuring enterprise production.In the circulating water system of thermal power plants,mixed flow pumps often experience various abnormal phenomena that affect their normal operation.By analyzing the characteristics and typical faults of the mixed flow pump supporting the 2×1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired unit of China Power Investment Corporation's Xiexin Binhai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the optimal operation,maintenance,and long-term operation plan is determined,which has certain reference value for other similar water pump systems.
