摘 要:新一代功率半导体器件的使用,开关管的dv/dt和di/dt不断增大,其内部将产生严重的强弱电耦合问题,致使逆变装置的运行可靠性受到巨大威胁。文章以大功率逆变装置内部的辅助电源、栅极驱动、采样电路和输入输出线缆四个主要耦合通道为切入口,对国内外研究现状进行了综述,同时着重阐述了驱动通道PWM信号受扰与防护、强弱电耦合引发的干扰逃逸问题以及输入输出线缆串扰问题的研究进展。最后,文章结合行业内的关注热点与实际需求,列举了大功率逆变装置中强弱电耦合研究所面临的主要挑战。Due to the application of the new generation power semiconductor devices,dv/dt and di/dt are increased rapidly.There is severe EMI crosstalk between power circuit and electronic signal,which greatly threatens the operation reliability of high-power inverters.In this article,four main coupling channels of the high-power inverters are taken as the entry points,including the auxiliary power supply,gate drive,sampling circuit and input and output cables.Then,the current research status at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research progress are expounded,including the interference and shield of the PWM signal in the drive channel,the interference escape problem caused by EMI crosstalk,and crosstalk between input and output cables.Finally,based on the hot spots and needs of the industry,this article lists the main challenges faced by the research on EMI crosstalk between power circuit and electronic signal coupling in high-power inverters.
