预见性护理在骨创伤患者急救中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨创伤急救中预见性护理的应用价值。方法回顾性收集2023年1月至2023年12月武穴市第一人民医院收治的80例骨急诊创伤患者的临床资料,根据急救护理模式的不同分为观察组(采取预见性创伤护理模式)与对照组(采取常规急救护理模式),每组40例。比较急救效率、创伤严重程度、创伤后应激障碍程度、抢救结果、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者接诊到手术时间、有效急救时间、住院时间、住院费用均显著少于对照组(P<0.001)。经急救护理后,两组患者ISS评分和PCL-C评分均显著降低,观察组患者ISS评分和PCL-C评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组的抢救成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科创伤患者的急救中,预见性创伤护理可显著缩短急救时间,降低患者的经济压力、创伤程度以及应激障碍程度,提高急救成功率,减少不良反应的发生风险。Objective Exploring the application value of predictive nursing in emergency treatment of bone trauma.Methods A retrospective collection of clinical data was conducted on 80 orthopedic emergency trauma patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Wuxue City from January 2023 to December 2023.According to different emergency nursing modes,they were divided into an observation group(adopting a predictive trauma nursing mode)and a control group(adopting a conventional emergency nursing mode),with 40 cases in each group.Compare the efficiency of first aid,severity of trauma,degree of post-traumatic stress disorder,rescue outcomes,and incidence of complications.Results The observation group had significantly less time from diagnosis to surgery,effective first aid time,hospitalization time,and hospitalization expenses compared to the control group(P<0.001).After emergency care,both groups of patients showed a significant decrease in ISS score and PCL-C score.The ISS score and PCL-C score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment of orthopedic trauma patients,anticipatory trauma care can significantly shorten the emergency time,reduce the patient's economic pressure,trauma level,and stress disorder level,improve the success rate of emergency treatment,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
