摘  要:输电线路绝大多数故障均为单相瞬时性故障,微机线路保护装置在切除故障后收回跳闸命令,自动重合闸装置对断路器重合提高供电连续性和可靠性。单相跳闸命令不收回会造成单跳失败三跳动作,保护装置将发三跳、闭锁重合闸等命令执行相关逻辑,将造成输电线路单相瞬时性故障重合闸不动作,降低了电力系统供电连续性和可靠性。微机线路保护装置正确及时收回其跳闸命令对提高电力系统供电可靠性和连续性很有必要,提出对保护装置收回跳闸命令逻辑改进,自适应一次设备运行方式,提高继电保护及安全自动装置正确动作率和电力系统供电连续性、可靠性。The vast majority of faults in transmission lines are single-phase transient faults.The microcomputer circuit protection device retrieves the trip command after cutting off the fault,and the automatic reclosing device improves the continuity and reliability of power supply by reclosing the circuit breaker.Failure to retract the single-phase tripping command will result in a single tripping failure and three tripping actions.The protection device will issue commands such as three tripping and interlocking reclosing to execute relevant logic,which will cause the single-phase instantaneous fault reclosing of the transmission line to fail,reducing the continuity and reliability of power supply in the power system.It is necessary for microcomputer circuit protection devices to correctly and timely retract their tripping commands in order to improve the reliability and continuity of power supply in the power system.This paper proposes to improve the logic of the tripping command for the protection device,adapt to the operation mode of the primary equipment,enhance the correct action rate of relay protection and safety automatic devices,and improve the continuity and reliability of power supply in the power system.
