摘 要:水轮发电机组油槽甩油一直是困扰着各大、中型水电站的突出问题,特别是油雾的逸出,不同于外甩油的情况,故难以评估油雾逸出量和逸出通道。针对某水轮发电机组水导油槽油雾逸出问题,在总结过往甩油治理经验的基础上,根据水导轴承油循环结构原理更深层次地分析研究出油雾产生的机理,提出了多项治理油雾的新思路,即优化油从轴瓦间隙喷出后撞击油槽盖板路径,减少因轴动摆度而产生的油雾逸出量,将油雾尽量封堵于油槽内,再将少部分逸出油槽的油雾予以吸收再利用。结果表明,通过改造彻底解决了油雾治理的难题,取得了理想的治理效果。Oil spillage from the oil tank of hydroelectric generators has always been a prominent problem that troubles major and medium-sized hydropower stations,especially the escape of oil mist.Unlike the situation of external oil spill,it is difficult to evaluate the amount and channel of oil mist escape.In response to the problem of oil mist escaping from the water guide oil groove of a certain hydroelectric generator unit,based on the summary of past experience in oil spill control,the mechanism of oil mist generation is analyzed and studied at a deeper level according to the principle of the oil circulation structure of the water guide bearing.This article proposes multiple new ideas for treating oil mist.It is to optimize the path of oil spraying from the clearance between the bearing shells and hitting the oil groove cover plate,reduce the amount of oil mist escaping due to shaft swing,block the oil mist as much as possible in the oil groove,and absorb and reuse the small amount of oil mist escaping from the oil groove.The results indicate that the difficult problem of oil mist control has been completely solved through the transformation,and ideal control effects have been achieved.
