摘  要:以《喀什市克孜河河道综合治理》项目为例,该河上游已建成有开普太希水库和卡拉贝利水库,通过分析主沟的卡拉贝利水库出库洪峰流量及支流开普太希水库的出库洪峰流量,采用凑定泄(水库下泄流量+区间来水流量≤下游防洪区安全泄量)的方式,分析上游水利枢纽工况下下游不同断面设计洪水,为建设项目提供数据支撑。The article takes the"Comprehensive Management of Kezi River in Kashi City"project as an example.The upstream of the river has already been built with the Kaiputexi Reservoir and the Karabelli Reservoir.By analyzing the peak discharge of the Karabelli Reservoir in the main ditch and the peak discharge of the Kaiputexi Reservoir in the tributary,and using the method of adjusting the discharge(reservoir discharge flow+interval inflow flow≤downstream flood control area safety discharge),the design floods of different sections in the downstream under the working conditions of the upstream water conservancy hub are analyzed to provide data support for the construction project.
