摘　　要：大型水利枢纽工程具有投资大,技术复杂、建设期长,移民征地范围广等特点,工程实施阶段的投资控制是项目管理的主要目标之一,也是保证项目整体目标实现的关键。以海南省南渡江迈湾水利枢纽这一大型水利工程为例,结合项目的自身特点,分别从投资控制的具体措施及方法上进行研究,从组织、经济、技术、合同措施以及事前、事中、事后控制方法上提出适用于该项目实施阶段的投资控制方案,并应用于项目的投资控制实践中。Large scale water conservancy hub projects have the characteristics of large investment,complex technology,long construction period,and wide scope of land acquisition for immigrants.Investment control during the implementation stage of the project is one of the main goals of project management and the key to ensuring the overall goal of the project is achieved.Taking the Nandu River Maiwan Water Conservancy Hub in Hainan Province as an example,this article studies the specific measures and methods of investment control based on the characteristics of the project.It proposes an investment control plan applicable to the implementation stage of the project from the aspects of organization,economy,technology,contract measures,and the means of the controls in advance,at that time and after the event,and applies it to the investment control practice of the project.
