摘 要:为实现对成形以及复杂形状区域去材全过程的仿真,基于ABAQUS软件提出了一种将去材区域映射至未变形构型的方法,实现对复杂形状区域去材的准确描述,并以运载火箭贮箱整底充液拉深与去材加工为对象,分析成形与去材全流程零件的内应力演化和回弹变形,研究了充液压力对去材诱导产生的变形的影响。结果表明,映射方法能够实现带筋薄壁构件成形、去材的模拟,在火箭贮箱充液拉深凸模行程60%~100%阶段保持较高的充液压力水平,可以减小零件内、外表面的等效应力梯度,从而降低成形后回弹以及后续去材过程中零件的变形。To achieve the simulation of the whole process of forming and material removal in complex shape region,the method based on ABAQUS software was proposed to map the material removal region to the undeformed configuration,so as to achieve the accurate description of the material removal region in complex shape region.Taking the hydraulic deep drawing and material removal of rocket storage tank as object,the internal stress evolution and springback deformation of parts in the whole process of forming and material removal were analyzed.The influence of hydraulic pressure on the deformation induced by material removal was studied.The results show that the mapping method can be used to simulate the forming and material removal of thin-walled structures with ribs when the hydraulicpressure is maintained at a high level with the hydraulic deep drawing punch stroke of 60%-100%,the equivalent stress gradient between the inner and outer surface of the parts is reduced,thus the springback after forming and the deformation of the parts in the subsequent process of material removal is reduced.
