摘 要:利用有限元软件建立了T2铜合金小孔构件激光喷丸强化模型,结合实验分析,研究了T2铜合金小孔构件激光喷丸强化后孔壁表面质量,分析了不同喷丸次数(1次、7次和15次)对孔壁强化效果的影响,研究了孔壁表面强化后残余应力分布和晶粒细化强化。结果表明,不同的激光喷丸次数会影响强化后孔壁的残余应力分析、晶粒细化和塑性变形量等;随着激光喷丸次数的增多,孔壁表面强化产生的残余压应力增大,孔壁变形倾斜角度增大;当激光喷丸强化次数增加到一定值后,孔壁表面强化产生的残余压应力增量降低,最大残余压应力稳定在400 MPa左右。A laser shot peening strengthening model for T2 copper alloy small hole component was established by using finite element software.Combined with experimental analysis,the surface quality of hole wall of T2 copper alloy small hole component after laser shot peening strengthening was studied,the influence of different shot peening times(1,7 and 15 times)on the strengthening effect of hole wall was analyzed,and the residual stress distribution and grain refinement strengthening after surface strengthening of hole wall were studied.The results show that different laser peening times affect the residual stress analysis,grain refinement and plastic deformation of hole wall after strengthening.With the increase of laser shot peening times,the residual compressive stress caused by the strengthening of hole wall surface also increases,and the deformation inclination angle of hole wall increases.When the laser shot peening times increase to a certain value,the increment of residual compressive stress produced by the strengthening of hole wall surface decreases and the maximum residual compressive stress stabilizes at about 400 MPa.
