摘  要:通过试验系统性研究了冷金属过渡电弧增材制造时焊接速度与送丝速度对高强钢焊道几何轮廓的影响规律,利用光学显微镜表征不同工艺条件时焊道几何尺寸及截面轮廓特征。建立焊接速度、送丝速度与焊道轮廓间的关联关系,确定合适的工艺参数窗口。基于MATLAB软件平台编写包含图像处理、轮廓提取与曲线拟合等功能在内的成套程序,将焊道轮廓测量结果与抛物线、椭圆、圆与余弦函数等拟合模型进行比较。结果表明,相比焊接速度,送丝速度对焊道轮廓的影响更大。随着送丝速度的增加,焊道轮廓由窄高状变为扁平状。抛物线对于窄高状焊道拟合效果最佳,而当焊道截面呈扁平状时,椭圆模型与试验数据吻合程度最高,为后续电弧增材制造部件控形提供支持。The influence laws of welding speed and wire feeding speed on the geometric profile of high strength steel weld bead were systematically investigated in cold metal transfer wire arc additive manufacturing.The optical microscopy was used to characterize the geometric dimensions and cross-sectional profile of the weld beads under various process conditions.The relationship between welding speed,wire feeding speed and weld bead profile was established,and the optimal process parameters window was determined.A complete set of programs including image processing,contour extraction and curve fitting functions was developed using MATLAB software.The weld bead profile measurement results were compared with several fitting models such as parabola,ellipse,circle and cosine functions.The results show that wire feeding speed has a greater impact on weld bead profile compared with welding speed.With the increase of wire feeding speed,the weld bead profile changes from a narrow and high profile to a flat shape.The parabolic has the best fitting effect for the narrow and high profiles,while the elliptical model provides the best fit for test data,which provides support for controlling the shape of components in subsequent wire arc additive manufacturing process.
