摘 要:为了掌握应变速率对面心立方金属晶格应变的影响规律,以多晶纯铜为例,基于晶体塑性有限元理论的开源软件DAMASK,探讨在不同应变速率加载下多晶纯铜内部晶格应变演化和分布的规律。结果表明,随着应变速率升高,材料内各{hkl}族的轴向晶格应变和横向晶格应变增加,同时轴向晶格应变分布和横向晶格应变分布的均匀性变差,且不同{hkl}族的晶格应变的演化与分布规律也不相同。加载过程中{200}族的晶格应变演化出现较为明显的非线性响应,改变应变速率对{200}族的晶格应变演化的影响较大。加载后{111}族的晶格应变分布的均匀性最好,并且在较高应变速率下{111}族的晶格应变分布仍有相对较好的均匀性。To grasp the effect laws of strain rate on the lattice strain of face-centered cubic metal,taking polycrystalline pure copper as an example,the evolution and distribution law of lattice strain in polycrystalline pure copper with different strain rates were discussed by using the open-source software DAMASK based on the finite element theory of crystal plasticity.The results show that the axial lattice strain and transverse lattice strain of each{hkl}family in the material increase with the increase of strain rate,while the uniformity of axial lattice strain distribution and transverse lattice strain distribution becomes worse,and the evolution and distribution law of lattice strain of different{hkl}families are also different.The lattice strain evolution of{200}family shows obvious nonlinear response during loading process,and the change of strain rate has a great effect on the lattice strain evolution of{200}family.The uniformity of lattice strain distribution of{111}family is the best after loading,and the uniformity of lattice strain distribution of{111}family is still relatively good with higher strain rate.
