摘  要:针对现有粗糙表面弹塑性接触模型只考虑微凸体平均接触压力在屈服临界点零至一阶导数的连续性,且高阶导数不连续性的影响尚不明晰的问题,对微凸体弹塑性变形阶段平均接触压力与法向压入量之间的关系进行分析,提出了一种计入接触压力二阶导数连续性的粗糙表面弹塑性接触模型,并与现有粗糙表面弹塑性接触模型和实验数据进行对比分析。结果表明:所提模型所得微凸体接触压力曲线单调和连续性较好,且在屈服临界点一、二阶导数计算值与理论值更加相符;忽略二阶导数连续性导致接触求解存在一定偏差,该偏差随塑性指数的增大和表面间隙的减小而增大。Aiming at the problem that the existing rough surface elastic-plastic contact models only considers the continuity of the derivatives from zero to the first-order of asperity average contact pressure at yield critical points,and the influence of the discontinuity of higherorder derivatives is not clear,the relationship between the average contact pressure and the normal penetration depth during asperity elastic-plastic deformation stage was analyzed.Then a rough surface elastic-plastic contact model that takes into account the continuity of the second-order derivative of contact pressure was proposed.The developed model was analyzed in comparison with existing models and experiment data.The results show that the asperity contact pressure curves obtained by the proposed model have good monotonicity and continuity,and the calculated values of the first-order and the second-order derivatives at yield critical points are more consistent with the theoretical values;neglecting the continuity of the second-order derivative leads to a certain deviation in contact solution,and the deviation increases with the increase of plasticity index and the decrease of surface separation.
