摘  要:针对分布式光伏大规模分散接入导致的配电网电压越限和网损增大问题,提出一种结合储能配置的配电网调压降损协同优化方法。首先,基于综合电气距离构建节点相似度矩阵,结合K中心点聚类与模块度指标,以调压降损为目的对储能分区选址;其次,考虑光伏无功调节和储能有功调节,建立配电网规划-运行双层优化模型,上层从储能成本、光储用户收益和电网运行效益三个角度建立储能容量多目标优化模型,下层考虑电网调压降损与弃光率要求建立分区运行分布鲁棒优化模型;然后,采用改进非支配排序遗传算法(Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II,NSGA-II)和交替方向乘子法(Alternating directionmethodofmultipliers,ADMM)求解所建模型;最后,通过山东某地实际配线与改进IEEE123节点算例分析,验证了所提方法对调压降损的有效性。A coordinated optimization method for voltage regulation and loss reduction in distribution networks(DN)integrated with large-scale distributed photovoltaics(PV)is proposed to address issues of voltage violation and increased network loss based on energy storage system(ESS)configuration.Firstly,a node similarity matrix based on comprehensive electrical distance is constructed.The K-medoids clustering algorithm combined with the modularity index is applied for ESS siting based on DN partitioning,which is aimed at voltage regulation and loss reduction.Secondly,considering PV reactive power control and ESS active power control,a bi-level optimization model for DN planning and operation is established.A multi-objective optimization model of ESS capacity considering ESS costs,DN benefits and PV-ESS user earnings is formulated in the upper level,while a distributionally robust optimization model of network operation is established in the lower level.Thirdly,the proposed model is solved with improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)and alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM).Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method in reducing network loss and regulating voltage is validated by two case studies of a distribution line in Shandong Province and the modified IEEE 123-node system.
