摘 要:具有中继线圈的无线电能传输系统的传输距离更远,在煤矿井下具有更好的实用性。但是,井下的实际环境对线圈的尺寸要求较高,适合使用非对称线圈结构无线电能传输系统。基于此,提出一种非对称三线圈结构无线电能传输系统,并结合收发线圈半径、传输距离等参数对中继线圈位置、半径等对传输效率的影响进行分析,得到了在不同中继线圈位置、传输距离及收发线圈半径的情况下中继线圈半径对传输效率的影响规律。结果显示,在上述不同参数时,随着中继线圈半径的增加传输效率先增加后减小,这一规律与距离及收发线圈半径无关,但是在不同参数下最优传输效率对应的中继线圈半径不同。最后,设计了一种非对称三线圈结构无线电能传输系统试验平台并进行了试验,试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The wireless power transfer(WPT)system with relay coil has a longer transmission distance.And this technology has better practicability in coal mines.However,the special environment in coal mine has a high demand for the coil size.So the WPT system with asymmetric coil structure is suitable for the application in coil mine.Aiming at this problem,the WPT system with asymmetric three coils structure is proposed.And combined with the transmitting coil radius,the receiving coil radius and the transmission distance,the influence of relay coil position and radius on the transmission efficiency is analyzed.The influence law of relay coil radius on the transmission efficiency with different parameters is obtained.The results show that with the increase of the relay coil radius the transmission efficiency increases first and then decreases.And the law is independent of the transmission distance and the radius of the transmitting and receiving coil.However with different parameters the relay coil radius corresponding to the optimal transmission efficiency is different.Finally,an experimental platform of the WPT system with asymmetric three coils structure is designed.And the experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
