摘 要:交直流配电网充分结合并发挥了交流及直流的供电优势,是新型配电网的必然发展趋势。针对目前交直流配电网电能质量综合评估体系准确性和全面性不足的问题,提出一种考虑交直流两侧电能质量耦合作用的综合评估方法。首先,基于交直流配电网的电能质量现象,建立电能质量综合评估指标体系。其次,基于源荷特性对配电网电能质量的影响,结合各源荷节点的短路比系数,采用改进层次分析法计算交、直流两侧电能质量评估指标的主观权重,根据两侧电能质量指标采样数据利用熵权法确定其客观权重,并采样均衡算法结合主客观权重后,对电能质量进行综合评估,避免依据单一权重进行电能质量评估的片面性,进一步提高了评估结果的准确性。接着,充分考虑交直流两侧电能质量的耦合作用并进行去耦合处理,并采用去耦合后的交直流两侧电压进行电能质量综合评估。量化分析和分级评估交直流配电网中的电能质量问题,建立一套交直流配电网电能质量综合评估体系,为后续交直流配电网的电能质量问题分析及治理提供一定的决策支撑。最后,在Matlab/Simulink中建立仿真模型,验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。AC/DC distribution network fully combines and gives play to the advantages of AC and DC power supply,which is the inevitable development trend of new distribution network.Aiming at the shortage of accuracy and comprehensiveness of the current power quality comprehensive evaluation system of AC/DC distribution network,a comprehensive evaluation method considering the coupling effect of AC/DC power quality is proposed.Firstly,based on the power quality phenomenon of AC/DC distribution network,a comprehensive power quality evaluation index system is established.Secondly,based on the influence of source charge characteristics on the power quality of distribution network,combined with the short-circuit ratio coefficient of each source charge node,the improved analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the subjective weight of power quality evaluation indicators on both sides of AC and DC.The entropy weight method is used to determine the objective weight according to the sampled data of power quality indicators on both sides,and the sampling equilibrium algorithm is combined with the subjective and objective weights.Comprehensive power quality assessment is carried out to avoid the one-sidedness of power quality assessment based on a single weight and further improve the accuracy of the assessment results.Then,the coupling effect of AC and DC power quality is fully considered and de-coupling is carried out,and the de-coupling voltage of AC and DC power quality is comprehensively evaluated.The power quality problems in AC-DC distribution network are quantitatively analyzed and graded evaluated,and a set of comprehensive evaluation system of power quality in AC-DC distribution network is established,which provides certain decision support for the subsequent analysis and management of power quality problems in AC-DC distribution network.Finally,a simulation model is established in Matlab/Simulink to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
