五相直线同步电机牵引高速磁浮列车的悬浮与牵引特性研究

摘  要:针对常导磁浮列车对高速性能的需求,提出采用五相直线同步电机(Linear synchronous motor,LSM)作为牵引、悬浮系统。在不改变传统三相LSM长定子齿槽结构的基础上,增加悬浮电磁铁的主磁极与末磁极宽度,使其满足动子极距为长距的原则;然后根据解析法计算五相LSM的电抗、电阻和励磁电动势等参数,并建立等效电路;最后在有限元中建立五相与三相LSM的二维模型,计算分析五相LSM的牵引、悬浮特性。结果显示,在五相与三相同等电压的情况下,五相LSM能够提供更大的电枢电流,有利于推力的提升;且在悬浮气隙不变的情况下,同一励磁电流激励五相LSM的牵引力与悬浮力要比三相更大;在励磁电流不变的情况下,同一悬浮气隙的五相LSM的牵引力和悬浮力也要比三相更大。上述结果表明,五相LSM比三相LSM具有更好的牵引与悬浮特性,同时也具有更高的速度提升范围。In response to the demand for high-speed performance of normal conducting magnetic levitation trains,a five-phase linear synchronous motor is proposed as the traction and levitation system.On the basis of the long stator cogging structure of the traditional three-phase LSM,the widths of the main and final poles of the levitation electromagnet are increased to meet the principle of the long pitch of the kinetic poles;then the parameters of reactance,resistance and excitation electromotive force of the five-phase LSM are calculated according to the analytical method,and the equivalent circuit is established;finally,a two-dimensional model of the five-phase and three-phase LSMs is established in the finite element,and the traction and levitation characteristics of the five-phase LSM are calculated and analyzed.The results show that the five-phase LSM can provide more armature current under the same voltage as the three-phase LSM,which is beneficial to the thrust force;and the traction and suspension force of the five-phase LSM with the same excitation current are larger than those of the three-phase LSM under the same levitation air gap;the traction and levitation force of the five-phase LSM with the same levitation air gap are also larger than those of the three-phase LSM under the same excitation current.The above results show that the five-phase LSM has better traction and levitation characteristics than the three-phase LSM,and also has a higher speed boost range.
