摘　　要：开放是人类文明进步的重要动力,是世界繁荣发展的必由之路。在延续马克思对世界历史发展趋势以及不同文明交往关系理解的基础上,中国共产党在高水平对外开放中强化了中国式现代化的文明样态与民族烙印,走出了一条兼具世界性特征和中国特色的现代化道路。中国式现代化是在历经被动压力型开放、自主发展型开放、全面制度型开放逐步发展的现代化,是在交流互鉴中确证发展道路方向、完成文明范式重构、提供新式选择样板并逐渐走向成熟的现代化,形成了中国式现代化鲜明的文化标识和实践样态。新时代新征程,系统推进中国式现代化,必须坚持以高水平对外开放形成中国式现代化新动能,建设更高水平开放型经济新体制,稳步扩大高标准制度型开放,加快形成全方位区域开放布局,构筑互利共赢的多元合作体系,打造安全高效的贸易投资体系,在开放中培育竞争优势,以开放的持续创新把握经济全球化主动权,努力以中国式现代化新成就为世界发展作出新贡献。Opening up is an important driving force for human civilization progress,a necessary path for world prosperity and development,and a general law of modernization process.Chinese modernization has developed gradually from pressure-driven opening up,autonomous development-driven opening up,to comprehensive institutional opening up.Chinese modernization is a modernization that gradually matures through exchanging ideas and experiences,confirming the direction of development,completing the reconstruction of civilizational paradigms,and providing a sample of new choices.Opening up is a distinctive feature of Chinese modernization.To systematically advance Chinese modernization,we must promote reform and development with opening up,build a higher-level open economy system,steadily expand high-standard institutional opening up,and accelerate the formation of a comprehensive regional opening-up layout.We must construct a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation system,build a secure and efficient trade and investment system,cultivate competitive advantages through opening up,grasp the initiative in economic globalization through continuous innovation through opening up,and strive to make new contributions to world development with Chinese modernization achievements.
