油田基层党风廉政建设的做法及下步对策思考

摘　　要：油田基层党风廉政建设工作在推动党的自我革命和强化政治生态方面发挥了重要作用。文章阐述了油田某基层单位(简称“单位”)在党风廉政建设中的具体做法,分析了当前存在的问题和不足,并提出了未来的对策思考。主要做法包括强化政治监督、提升监督质效、一体推进“三不腐”建设、深化作风建设及强化纪律教育。针对目前存在的问题,如监督机制覆盖面不足、作风建设需进一步深化等,提出了持续推进政治监督、提升监督质效、完善监督机制等下步对策思考。The construction of the grassroots Party conduct and clean governance in oil fields has played an important role in promoting the Party’s self revolution and strengthening the political ecology.This paper elaborates on the specific practices of a grassroots unit in the oilfield(referred to as“the unit”)in the construction of the Party conduct and clean governance,analyzes the current problems and shortcomings,and proposes future countermeasures.The main measures include strengthening political supervision,improving the quality and efficiency of supervision,promoting the construction of the“not daring to be corrupt,not being able to be corrupt,and not wanting to be corrupt”,in an integrated manner,deepening work style construction,and strengthening discipline education.In response to the current problems,such as insufficient coverage of the supervision mechanism and the need to further deepen the construction of work style,the next step of countermeasures such as continuously promoting political supervision,improving the quality and efficiency of supervision,and perfecting the supervision mechanism have been proposed.
