摘　　要：文章旨在探讨竞争战略驱动下化工贸易企业复合型化工人才培养模式的创新。通过分析化工贸易企业对复合型人才的需求及其特征,结合竞争战略的影响,文章提出了多元化人才梯队建设、培训体系完善、激励机制健全及国际化视野拓展等培养策略。实验结果表明,优化后的培养模式显著提升了人才素质与业务匹配度及创新成果产出。This study aims to explore the innovation of composite chemical talent training mode in chemical trade enterprises driven by competitive strategy.By analyzing the demand and characteristics of composite talents in chemical trade enterprises,combined with the influence of competitive strategy,this article proposes training strategies such as diversified talent echelon construction,improved training system,sound incentive mechanism,and expansion ofinternational vision.The experimental results show that the optimized training mode significantly improves the matching degree between talent quality and business,as well as the output ofinnovative achievements.
