摘　　要：文章对某环保企业废汽车尾气催化剂回收利用项目可能产生的化学有害因素进行半定量风险评估,根据评估结果以及现拟采取的措施,提出相应的补充措施。评估结果显示,拟建项目工作场所产生的化学有害因素氯酸钠、氢氧化钠、盐酸、氯化氢、氨、氯气等的风险等级均为3级,属于中等风险水平。半定量风险评估适用于该项目工作场所化学有害因素的风险预测。This paper conducts a semi quantitative risk assessment of the chemical harmful factors that may arise from the recycling project of a waste automobile exhaust catalyst in an environmental protection enterprise.Based on the assessment results and the proposed measures,corresponding supplementary measures are proposed.The result showed that the occupational hazard factors:sodium chlorate,sodium hydroxide,hydrochloric acid,hydrochloride,ammonia&chlorine were all of moderate risk.The semi-quantitative exposure index method can be applied to the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in this projects.
