摘　　要：乙醇胺项目以环氧乙烷(EO)及液氨为原料,经管式反应器生成一乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)三种产品,其不仅仅是金属加工液行业的核心原料,也是美发美妆行业产品的原材料、生产染料中间体、医药助剂和原料等,具有广阔的应用前景,其生产构筑物主要包含装置框架、塔区、中间罐区。文章主要对乙醇胺项目消防设计进行探讨。项目的消防设计主要参考《石油化工设计防火标准》《水喷雾灭火系统设计规范》《泡沫灭火系统设计规范》等,设计内容包括装置消防用水量的确定、装置消防竖管、水喷雾灭火系统、泡沫灭火系统、塔区蒸汽消防、灭火器配置等。The ethanolamine project uses ethylene oxide(EO)and liquid ammonia as raw materials,and generates three kinds of products,MEA,DEA and TEA,through tubular reactors.It is not only the core raw material of metal processing liquid industry,but also the raw material of hair and beauty industry products,production of dye intermediates,pharmaceutical additives and raw materials,etc.It has broad application prospect.The production structure mainly includes device frame,tower area and intermediate tank area.This paper mainly discusses the fire protection design of the ethanolamine project.The fire protection design of the project mainly refers to the“Fire protection Standard for Petrochemical Design”“Design Code for water spray fire extinguishing System”and“Design Code for foam fire extinguishing System”.The design contents include the determination of the water consumption of the device,the device fire standpipe,the water spray fire extinguishing system the foam fire extinguishing system,the tower area steam fire fighting,and the fire extinguisher configuration and so on.
