延迟焦化装置降低冷焦水系统异味的研究

摘  要:文章以中海石油舟山石化有限公司2.4 Mt/a延迟焦化装置为研究对象,针对冷焦水系统的异味问题进行研究并提出改造方案。在延迟焦化过程中,原油中的硫富集于渣油,渣油中硫化物集中在石油焦中,焦炭冷却、切除时产生的污染物严重污染环境并危害人员健康。通过现状分析,找出关键问题。优化方案包括对放空塔回流罐进行改造,采用反向破乳剂解决污水乳化问题;同时优化溢流冷焦操作,控制水量和水温,优化冷焦时间和放水节点。改造后,冷焦水水质显著改善,硫化物、氨氮、含油减少,异味明显减少,且改造后可回收污油,减少污油损失。This paper takes the 2.4 Mt/a delayed coking unit of Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.in CNOOC as the research object and studies the odor problem of the cold coke water system and proposes a modification scheme.During the delayed coking process,sulfur in crude oil accumulates in the residue oil,and sulfides in the residue oil concentrate in petroleum coke.The pollutants generated during coke cooling and cutting seriously pollute the environment and harm human health.Through current situation analysis,key problems are identified.The optimization plan includes modifying the vent tower reflux tank and using reverse demulsifier to solve the sewage emulsion problem;at the same time,optimizing the overflow cold coking operation,controlling water volume and temperature,and optimizing cold coking time and water discharge nodes.After the modification,the quality of cold coke water is significantly improved,sulfides,ammonia nitrogen,and oil content are reduced,odor is significantly reduced,and after modification,waste oil can be recovered,reducing waste oil loss.
