摘 要:文章旨在探讨截流制冷技术在石油化工低温分离过程中的应用,通过分析截流膨胀制冷的基本原理及其在工艺设计中的实施方法,结合实验案例验证了该技术在提高分离效率和降低能耗方面的优势。结果表明,在优化条件下,轻烃回收率可达99.8%,再沸器热负荷显著降低,证明了截流制冷技术的有效性。This paper aims to explore the application of cutoff refrigeration technology in the low-temperature separation processes of petrochemicals.By analyzing the basic principles of cutoff expansion refrigeration and its implementation methods in process design,the study validates the advantages of this technology in improving separation efficiency and reducing energy consumption through experimental case studies.The results indicate that under optimized conditions,the recovery rate of light hydrocarbons can reach 99.8%,and the heat load of the reboiler is significantly reduced,demonstrating the effectiveness of cutoff refrigeration technology.
