摘　　要：文章采用HAZOP分析方法对页岩炼油厂干馏装置的干馏炉系统进行危险与可操作性分析,通过给定偏离,分析造成偏离的原因、后果及现有的安全措施,对工艺系统中存在的设计缺陷、设备故障,作业过程中的人员失误等风险进行了分析,并提出降低风险的合理建议。This paper usesd HAZOP analysis method to conduct hazard and operability analysis on the dry distillation furnace system of shale refinery’s dry distillation unit.By giving a deviation,the reasons,consequences,and existing safety measures for the deviation were analyzed.The risks of design defects,equipment failures,and personnel errors in the process system were analyzed,and reasonable suggestions for reducing risks were proposed.
