摘  要:页岩炼油厂利用页岩油热解瓦斯气作锅炉燃料,但锅炉热效率低导致蒸汽量不足。为提升效率,文章提出了优化方案:首先,调整过量空气系数至1.11,降低排烟焓,提高热效率并带来经济效益;其次,针对烟气酸露点,优化锅炉结构,提高换热器耐蚀性,并对瓦斯气深度脱硫,以降低烟气温度,提升热效率并减轻腐蚀;再次,研究发现给水温度100℃时热效率最高;最后,提出在锅炉烟道增设冷凝装置回收潜热,但需注意酸腐蚀问题,需根据实际情况实施。这些措施综合应用,可有效提升页岩炼油厂燃气锅炉的热效率,满足供暖及其他蒸汽需求。Shale refineries use shale oil pyrolysis gas as boiler fuel,but the low thermal efficiency of the boiler leads to insufficient steam volume.To improve efficiency,the article proposes an optimization plan.Firstly,adjust the excess air coefficient to 1.11 to reduce exhaust enthalpy,improve thermal efficiency,and bring economic benefits.Secondly,in response to the acid dew point of flue gas,optimize the boiler structure,improve the corrosion resistance of heat exchangers,and deeply desulfurize gas to reduce flue gas temperature,improve thermal efficiency,and reduce corrosion.In addition,research has found that the thermal efficiency is highest when the feedwater temperature is 100℃.Finally,it is proposed to install condensation devices in the boiler flue to recover latent heat,but attention should be paid to acid corrosion issues,which need to be implemented according to the actual situation.These measures,when applied comprehensively,can effectively improve the thermal efficiency of gas boilers in shale refineries,meeting heating and other steam needs.
