摘 要:海上平台电脱水器受油田采出液聚合物、注水井调剖调驱注入药剂及油井作业药剂返排等因素影响,电脱水器脱水效率存在波动,稳定性较差,需要采取有效的处理措施以提高脱水效率的稳定性。文章主要收集整理了某平台一年间造成电脱水器脱水效率波动的因素及其有效的处理措施,并结合文献调研进行分析,最终提出了聚合物、注水井调剖调驱注入药剂及油井作业药剂返排等因素影响电脱水器脱水稳定的理论依据和有效的解决措施,为提高电脱水器脱水效率稳定性提出解决建议方向。The electric dehydrator on offshore platform is affected by factors such as the polymer of the produced fluid in the oilfield,the injection chemicals for profile control and flooding of water injection wells,and the chemicals for oil-well operation,there are fluctuations in the dehydration efficiency of electric dehydrator and the stability is poor,and effective treatment measures need to be taken to improve the stability of the dehydration efficiency.This paper mainly collects and sorts out the factors that cause the fluctuation of the dehydration efficiency of the electric dehydrator in a certain platform in one year and its effective treatment measures,and combined with literature research,the analysis was carried out.Finally,the theoretical basis and effective solutions for the dehydration stability of electric dehydrator affected by factors such as polymer,water injection well profile control and flooding injection chemicals and oil-well operation chemicals flowback are proposed.In order to improve the stability of the dehydration efficiency of the electric dehydrator,some suggestions were proposed.
