生物基蓝色素还原工艺及对棉织物染色研究

摘　　要：生物基蓝色素谷蓝是一种通过微生物发酵技术生产的环保染料。该染料可以在碱性环境下被保险粉还原为隐色体状态而上染棉织物,但是谷蓝对染色条件极其敏感,难以通过传统染色工艺获得理想的色泽。文中以棉织物染色后的Integ值为评价标准,探讨了氢氧化钠、保险粉用量以及还原温度对还原工艺的影响,并进一步利用正交试验优化条件。在此基础上探讨染色温度、染色时间及硫酸钠用量对染色性能的影响,并通过正交试验进行优化。结果表明,谷蓝的最佳染色工艺为:氢氧化钠用量3.0 g/L,保险粉用量17.5 g/L,还原温度30℃;染色温度25℃,染色时间25 min,硫酸钠用量60.0 g/L。在此工艺下可以实现谷蓝的常温高效还原和稳定上染过程,且色牢度表现良好,对谷蓝的进一步产业化应用提供一定参考。Bio-based blue dye indigoidine is an environmentally friendly dye produced by microbial fermentation technology.The dye can be reduced to cryptic state by the sodium hydrosulfite in an alkaline environment and then dyed on cotton fabric.However,the indigoidine is extremely sensitive to dyeing conditions,which is difficult to dye a stable and ideal color through the traditional procedure.The Integ value of cotton fabric dyed with the indigoidine was used as the evaluation standard.The effects of sodium hydroxide dosage,sodium hydrosulfite dosage and reduction temperature on the reduction process were discussed,and the orthogonal experiment was further used to optimize the process.And the effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time and sodium sulfate dosage on the dyeing property were investigated,and the orthogonal experiment was also used to get the beter result.The suitable dyeing procedure of the indigoidine is as follows:sodium hydroxide 3.0 g/L,sodium hydrosulfite 17.5 g/L,reduction temperature 30℃,dyeing temperature 25℃,dyeing time 25 minutes and sodium sulfate 60.0 g/L.With this procedure,the effcient reduction and stable dyeing property of indigoidine at room temperature are obtained,and the color fastness is also good.The indigoidine has the further industrial application in the future.
