摘  要:浅白色锦氨针织物在生产、运输、使用等过程中部分位置容易黄变,影响产品使用寿命和美观。为了克服织物黄变,探讨首先要避免织物受到过强的光、热及避免包装材料等外在环境因素的影响;其次通过降低预定形温度,添加抗酚黄变剂、抗高温黄变剂来缓解织物潜在黄变。研究染缸内预防酚黄变的处理工艺为75℃保温20 min,抗酚黄变剂BM-2907为4.0%,柠檬酸0.8 g/L效果较好;预定形温度190℃,定形速度30 m/min,后定形温度130~140℃,抗高温黄变剂FK-16为4.0 g/L,能够一定程度上解决织物高温黄变。In the process of production,transportation and use,the light-colored and white Nylon and Spandex knitted fabrics are easy to yellowing,which will affect the service life and beauty of the product.In order to overcome the yellowing of the fabric,firstly,the influence of excessive light,heat and packaging materials should be avoided.Secondly,the yellowing of the fabric could be alleviated by lowering the pre-setting temperature,adding anti-phenol yellowing agent and anti-high temperature yellowing agent.The technology of preventing phenol yellowing in dyeing VAT is 75℃heat preservation for 20 minutes,4.0%phenol yellowing agent DM-2907 and 0.8 g/L citric acid,which has good effect.The pre-set temperature is 190℃,the setting speed is 30 m/min,the post-set temperature is 130-140 C,and the anti-high temperature yellowing agent FK-16 is 4.0 g/L,which can solve the high temperature yellowing of fabric to some extent.
