摘 要:为解决高压压铸铝合金箱体结构件在压铸过程中出现气孔、缩孔缩松等制造缺陷问题,使用有限元软件MAGMA对箱体结构件的完整压铸流程进行数值模拟,分析合金液在型腔中的流动、凝固等变化和铸造缺陷的发展趋势,并设计正交试验以优化压铸工艺参数。以卷气量、缩孔缩松缺陷和压铸循环时间作为评判标准,通过增加少量压铸循环时间,确定了针对某汽车箱体结构件的最佳工艺参数组合。通过试生产验证了新工艺参数的可靠性,同时也表明合理的压铸工艺参数优化可以降低铸件的缺陷率和生产成本。最后,综合对比分析实际产品质量需求和优化结果,得到工艺参数对铸件质量的影响规律。To address manufacturing defects such as blowhole and porosity during the high-pressure casting of aluminum alloy automotive box structural components,the finite element software MAGMA was used to simulate the complete die casting process.The flow and solidification of the alloy melt in the mold cavity and the development trend of casting defects were first analyzed,and an orthogonal experimental design was then carried out to optimize the die casting process parameters.Using air entrapment,porosity,and die-casting cycle time as evaluation metrics,the optimal process parameters for a specific automotive box structure component were identified by slightly extending the cycle time.The reliability of the new process parameters was further verified by the actual trial production,demonstrating that the reasonable optimization of the die casting process parameters could reduce the defect rate and production costs.Finally,the influence of process parameters on casting quality was revealed by comparing and analyzing the actual product quality requirements and the optimization results.
