摘 要:高性能电磁屏蔽材料的应用是解决电磁波污染和军事武器隐身问题的有效途径。利用热膨胀微球(EM)和液态金属(LM),通过简单的加热膨胀工艺,制备具有复杂多孔结构的轻质三维泡沫金属复合材料(EM/LM)。当制备样品中EM和LM质量比为3∶25时,电导率为1.15×10^(3) S/m,X波段平均电磁屏蔽性能达到43.6 dB,并且覆盖整个X波段。所制备的电磁屏蔽材料轻质、可压缩又具有高屏蔽效能,工艺简单,性能良好,为快速、低成本制备高效能电磁屏蔽材料提供了新思路。Developing high-performance electromagnetic shielding materials is an effective way to reduce electromagnetic wave pollution and ensure stealth in military weapons.A lightweight three-dimensional foam metal composite(EM/LM)with complex porous structure is prepared in this study,by using thermally expandable microspheres(EMs)and liquid metals(LMs)through a simple thermal expansion process.When the EM/LM ratio is 3:25,the conductivity is 1.15×10^(3) S/m,and the average electromagnetic shielding performance in the X-band reaches 43.6 dB,covering the entire X-band.The electromagnetic shielding material prepared in this study has simple process but good performance.This new material and the proposed synthesis technology can meet the demands of being lightweight,compressible and highly effective,providing new insights for the rapid and cost-effective preparation of highperformance electromagnetic shielding materials.
