摘　　要：一种文明形式只有形成相对系统的制度体系,才标志着文明形态的完成。人类文明新形态根源于社会主义生产方式,既是对社会历史规律和文明发展规律的深刻把握,也蕴含中华文明的内在机理;不仅是以社会主义制度为核心的文明形态,也是以人民为中心的崭新文明形态,同时是充满活力的和谐发展的文明形态,彰显着跨越式文明发展的内在特质。人类文明新形态在妥善解决社会基本矛盾时,以社会主义核心价值观和中华优秀传统文化填补西方文明的精神空缺,从根本上突破“中心—外围”依附体系的束缚和各种终结论思维的限定,拓展了人类文明进步的空间,彰显着命运与共、谋求共同发展的价值理念,为世界文明的交流互鉴与可持续发展提供有益借鉴。Only when a civilization forms a relatively systematic institutional system can it mark the completion of the civilization form.The new model for human advancement is rooted in the socialist mode of production,which not only deeply grasps of the laws of social history and civilization development,but also contains the inherent mechanism of Chinese civilization.It is not only a civilization with the socialist system as its core,but also a new civilization centered on the people.At the same time,it is a civilization full of vitality and harmonious development,demonstrating the inherent characteristics of leapfrog civilization development.When properly resolving basic social contradictions,the new model for human advancement fills the spiritual emptiness of Western civilization with the core socialist values and fine traditional Chinese culture,fundamentally breaks through the shackles of the“center-periphery”dependency system and the limitations of various endism,expands the space for human civilization to progress,and demonstrates the value concept of sharing a common destiny and seeking common development.It will provide useful reference for exchanges,mutual learning and sustainabledevelopment of world civilizations.
