摘 要:“双导师制”是保障专业学位研究生培养质量的重要措施,是一项综合性工作,涉及利益相关的各方面。基于演化博弈视角,构建军校专业学位研究生“双导师”培养机制下院校、校内导师、一线部队和校外导师四方博弈的演化模型,通过仿真方法分析了四方策略选择稳定性,研究各方参数对模型演化发展的影响。仿真结果表明,(1)院校积极参与利于“双导师制”发展;(2)校内导师是核心参与方;(3)一线部队在参与过程中消耗成本较高,积极性差;(4)校外导师收益越高,积极性越高。仿真结果为军校专业学位研究生“双导师制”的实施提供借鉴作用。"Double tutorial system″is an important measure to guarantee the quality of professional degree graduate training and is a comprehensive work that involves various stakeholders.Based on the perspective of evolutionary game,an evolutionary model under the four-way game of colleges,campus mentors,first-line troops and offcampus mentors is constructed.The stability of four-way strategy selection is analyzed by simulation method,and the influence of parameters of each party on the evolution and development of the model is studied.The simulation results show that①the active participation of colleges is beneficial to the development of"dual tutorial system".②The school tutor is the core participant.③The front-line troops have high cost and poor enthusiasm in the process of participation.④The higher the income of off-campus tutors,the higher the enthusiasm.The simulation results provide reference for the implementation of"double tutor system".
