摘  要:由于水电站排水系统复杂多变,流量波动大且难以预测,水泵以固定的转速运行,不能根据实时流量需求灵活调整水泵的运行速度,导致在面对多变的管网排水需求时流量控制不佳。针对上述难点,变频驱动技术的应用成为了解决问题的关键。因此,提出一种变频驱动下水电站排水泵机组流量自适应控制方法。通过YF-S201水流量传感器精确获取水电站管网的流量信息,依据流量信息设以水泵轴功率最小化电能消耗、最大化能源利用效率为控制目标。利用PID变频控制器作为机组流量控制设备,根据获取的流量信息与设定目标,通过比例、微分、积分运算,实现对水泵转速的精细控制,以灵活匹配管网排水需求。为了使控制设备性能最优,将粒子群优化算法与惯性权重相结合,对PID控制器参数的解空间高效运算检索,获取最优的控制器参数配置,以此实现水电站排水泵机组流量自适应控制。实验结果表明,变频驱动技术的水泵机组流量控制精度高、运行效率高,且能够显著降低机组故障次数。Due to the complexity and variability of the drainage system in hydropower stations,flow fluctuations are significant and difficult to predict.The pumps operate at a fixed speed,which prevents flexible adjustment according to real-time flow demands and leads to poor flow control in the face of variable pipe network drainage demand.To address this challenge,the application of variable frequency drive technology becomes crucial.Therefore,an adaptive flow control method for the drainage pump unit of hydropower stations driven by frequency conversion is proposed.The flow information of the pipe network of the hydropower station is accurately obtained through the YF-S201 water flow sensor.Based on this flow information,the control objectives are to minimize the power consumption of the pump shaft and maximize the energy utilization efficiency.The PID variable frequency controller is used as the unit's flow control equipment.According to the obtained flow information and the set goal,the precision control of the pump speed is achieved through the proportional,differential and integral operations to flexibly match the drainage demand of the pipe network.In order to optimize the performance of the control equipment,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is combined with the inertia weight,and the solution space of the PID controller parameters is efficiently searched to obtain the optimal controller parameter configuration,so as to realize the flow adaptive control of the drainage pump unit of the hydropower station.Experimental results show that the variable frequency drive technology has high flow control accuracy,and high operating efficiency,and can significantly reduce the number of unit failures.
