摘  要:在多级访问控制环境中,静态的加密方法存在解决不同用户权限级别的差异化保护问题,无法根据不同权限级别的信息动态生成不同的加扰序列,并定制出相应的加密密钥及公钥函数,导致数据容易被非法访问或篡改。因此,提出多级访问下多源医疗信息资源全同态分级加密方法。通过对多源医疗信息数据实施初步异常修正后,结合平均加权算法实现多源数据的融合,提高医疗信息数据的有效性,为后续数据加密奠定基础。在此基础上,通过评估信息访问者的直接可信度和推荐可信度,综合评定其可信度,并据此划分不同的用户信任等级,建立了一个多级访问控制框架,从而在加密过程中实现对不同权限级别信息的差异化保护。在此框架内,引入全同态加密技术,并结合动态权重因子计算不同权限信息的加扰序列,并生成不同级别医疗信息的加密秘钥及公钥函数,实现医疗数据的全同态分级加密。实验表明,利用所提方法对医疗数据实施加密后,数据整体隐秘性较强,面对外部入侵时能够保持较高的抗攻击性,为医疗数据的传输、存储和共享提供了有力的安全保障。In the multilevel access control environment,static encryption methods have the problem of solving the differentiated protection problem of different user privilege levels,and cannot dynamically generate different scrambling sequences and customize the corresponding encryption keys and public key functions according to the information of different privilege levels,which results in the data easy to be illegally accessed or tampered.Therefore,a fully homomorphic hierarchical encryption method is proposed for multi-source medical information resources under multi-level access.After the initial anomaly correction of multi-source medical information data,the fusion of multisource data is realized by combining with the average weighting algorithm to improve the validity of medical information data and lay the foundation for the subsequent data encryption.On this basis,a multi-level access control framework is established by evaluating the direct trustworthiness and recommended trustworthiness of the information visitors,comprehensively evaluating their trustworthiness,and classifying different user trust levels accordingly,thus realizing differentiated protection of information with different privilege levels in the encryption process.Within this framework,full homomorphic encryption is introduced and combined with dynamic weight factors to calculate the scrambling sequences of information with different privileges,and generate the encryption secret keys and public key functions for different levels of medical information to realize full homomorphic hierarchical encryption of medical data.The experiments show that after the proposed method is applied to encrypt the medical data,the overall secrecy of the data is strong,and the attack resistance is high in the face of external invasion,which provides a strong security guarantee for the transmission,storage and sharing of medical data.
