摘  要:模糊规则插值推理是一种用于前件不完全覆盖整个输入域的模糊规则库的推理方法,现有的基于中间规则的插值推理方法多数采用隶属函数的代表值构造中间规则,并通过一定的转换方法求解推理结论。提供了一种将模糊集合距离和相似度相结合的插值推理方法,首先计算观测值与相邻规则模糊集的归一化欧氏距离来构造中间规则,其次根据观测值与中间规则的距离与相似性得出两个推理解,最后根据模糊集合的最大相似度确定推理结论,推理结果满足模糊集的正规凸性。并基于以上推理方法构建焊接成形预测模型,由给定焊接电流和速度来预测焊接熔深,结果表明模型有较高的计算精度。Fuzzy rule interpolation reasoning is a reasoning method,which is used for fuzzy rule base whose antecedents do not completely cover the entire input domain.Most existing interpolation inference methods based on intermediate rules use representative values of membership functions to construct intermediate rules,and solve the inference conclusion through certain transformation methods.This paper provides an interpolation reasoning method that combines normalized Euclidean distance and similarity of the fuzzy set.Firstly,calculate the normalized Euclidean distance between the observed values and the adjacent rule fuzzy set to construct the intermediate rule.Secondly,based on the distance and similarity between the observed values and the intermediate rules,two inferences can be drawn,the inference conclusion is determined according to the maximum similarity of fuzzy set,and the inference consequent satisfies the normal convexity of fuzzy sets.The proposed method is applied to the welding forming prediction,and welding penetration is predicted by given welding current and speed.The results show that the model has high calculation accuracy.
