摘 要:气垫船的工作环境极其恶劣,长期承受振动等载荷影响。随着使用年限逐渐增加,越来越多的导管桨损坏现象凸显出来。针对导管桨连接件的裂纹故障,开展了故障排查和分析,并进行了试验验证。以外场修理和后续改进为目的,制定了3种修理方案,采用了有限元法进行了仿真比较分析。结果表明,仿真和试验结果寿命的最短区域均位于连接件前缘倒角,与裂纹故障位置一致;铆接补强片方案是最佳修理方案,操作简单,易于外场施工,且实船使用后的修理效果较好。最后以连接件修理方案作为支撑,初步探究了连接件修理规范的内容制定,为以后导管桨修理提供参考。The working environment of the hovercraft is extremely harsh,and it is subject to long-term vibration and other loads.As the service life gradually increases,more and more ducted air propeller damages have become prominent.Aiming at the crack failure of the ducted propeller joint,troubleshooting and analysis were carried out and test verification was conducted.For the purpose of field repair and subsequent improvement,three repair schemes were formulated,and the finite element method was used for simulation and comparative analysis.The results show that the shortest life area of the simulation and test results is located at the leading edge chamfer of the connector,which is consistent with the crack failure location;The riveted reinforcement scheme is the best repair scheme,which is easy to operate,easy to construct in the field,and has good repair effect after being used on the ship.Finally,based on the joint repair scheme,the content of the joint repair specification was preliminarily explored to provide a reference for the future ducted propeller repair.
