摘 要:针对毛纽扣仿真几何模型相对简单、仿真优化手段缺乏等问题,基于拟静态算例算法,提出了构建毛纽扣的三维模型,重点研究了不同材料以及不同压缩量对毛纽扣回弹性能的影响。结果表明:压缩量8%情况下,不同材料导致回弹性能存在差异,C17200毛纽扣回弹效果最好,其次是Ni20Cr80,最后是Mo。相同材料下,压缩量在4%以内毛纽扣具有相对完整的回弹特性,回弹率可高达99.9%,呈现出近线性关系。研究成果为毛纽扣材料选取、压缩量选择提供了一定的技术指导。In response to the problems of relatively simple simulation geometry models and lack of simulation optimization methods for wool buttons,a three-dimensional model of wool buttons was proposed based on quasi-static calculation algorithms,with a focus on studying the effects of different materials and compression amounts on the rebound performance of wool buttons.The results show that when the compression amount is 8%,different materials lead to differences in resilience,with C17200 wool buttons having the best resilience,followed by Ni20Cr80,and finally Mo.With the same material,wool buttons with a compression amount of less than 4%have relatively complete rebound characteristics,with a rebound rate of up to 99.9%,showing a nearly linear relationship.The research results provide certain technical guidance for the selection of wool button material and compression amount.
