摘 要:为定量评价商业建筑及周围开敞空间紧急疏散效益,分析紧急疏散避难行动过程的空间要素,从商业建筑、商业区域道路及外围可通行道路三个方面构建紧急疏散效益评价体系,并应用实数编码加速遗传算法(RAGA)优化投影寻踪(PP)模型,研究不同地震加速度对紧急疏散效益的影响。通过对北京市典型商业街区空间要素调研、分析及实例验证,结果表明,在不同地震加速度下,商业街区空间紧急疏散效益降低,效益分级变化较大;商业区域道路面积、商业区域障碍物面积与外围可通行道路面积等对商业区域紧急疏散效益的影响较大。To quantitatively evaluate the emergency evacuation benefits of commercial buildings and surrounding open spaces,we analyze the spatial elements of the emergency evacuation action process and construct an emergency evacuation benefit evaluation system from three aspects:commercial buildings,commercial area roads,and peripheral accessible roads.We also apply a real-coded accelerated genetic algorithm(RAGA)to optimize the projection pursuit(PP)model to study the impact of different earthquake accelerations on emergency evacuation benefits.Through investigation,analysis,and case verification of spatial elements in typical commercial blocks in Beijing,the results show that under different earthquake accelerations,the benefits of emergency evacuation in commercial block spaces decrease,and the benefit grading changes significantly.The area of roads in commercial areas,the area of obstacles in commercial areas,and the area of surrounding accessible roads have a significant impact on the efficiency of emergency evacuation in commercial areas.
