摘　　要：We thank the authors of the letter[1]for their interest in our paper and the opportunity for further discussion around this important topic.The letter in question[1]critiques two papers authored by our research group:“Strength,Power,and Aerobic Capacity of Transgender Athletes:A Cross-Sectional Study[2]”and“A Unique Pseudo-Eligibility Analysis of Longitudinal Laboratory Performance Data from a Transgender Female Competitive Cyclist[3]”.While this critique presents itself as scientific,it seems to be driven more by subjective opinion for the reasons we set out below.
