摘　　要：文章从国内外优秀的绘本IP研发中总结经验,分析了绘本IP在城市文旅地标集群发展中的开发价值,从建立绘本IP资源库、搭建绘本IP模型、提取与转化视觉符号、孵化绘本IP、打造绘本IP全产业链五个方面探究“常州故事”绘本IP的设计策略,并以《青果巷的夜市》为例进行“常州故事”绘本IP开创性的设计实践,以期为常州文旅资源的开发与传播提供新思路、新方法。This paper summarizes experience from excel-lent picture book IP research and development at home and abroad,analyzes the development value of picture book IP in the urban cultural tourism landmark cluster develop-ment,and explores the design strategy of"Changzhou Sto-ry"picture book IP from five aspects:establishing picture book IP resource library,building picture book IP model,extracting and transforming visual symbols,incubating picture book IP,and building picture book IP whole in-dustry chain,and carries out pioneering design practice of"Changzhou Story"picture book IP by taking Night Market in Qingguo Alley as an example,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the development and dissemination of Changzhou cultural tourism resources.
