摘　　要：目的了解全国急诊医学专业医疗服务质量现状,为急诊医疗服务质量持续改进提供参考。方法从国家医疗质量管理与控制信息网(National Clinical Improvement System,NCIS)收集并分析2021年和2022年全国31个省、自治区、直辖市(含新疆生产建设兵团)4152所医院急诊专业质量控制指标相关数据。结果2022年脓毒症患者3 h内抗生素使用率、上消化道出血患者24 h内急诊胃镜完成率均较2021年明显提高,多发伤患者死亡率较2021年有所上升,急诊科Ⅳ级患者占比、急诊重症监护病房设置率、院内心脏骤停复苏成功率和急诊中毒患者病死率较2021年变化不大。不同类型医院各指标数据存在差异。结论各类医院应持续提升急诊患者救治的过程质量和结果质量。国家急诊质控中心应持续开展针对性质量改进工作,促进全国急诊医疗服务质量持续提升。Objective To understand the current situation of medical service quality of emergency medicine specialty in China,and to provide reference for the continuous improvement of emergency medical service quality.Methods The data of medical quality control indicators of emergency medicine in 4152 medical institutions in 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities(including Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps)in 2021 and 2022 were collected and analyzed from the National Clinical Improvement System(NCIS).Results In 2022,the use rate of antibiotics within 3 hours in patients with sepsis and the completion rate of emergency gastroscopy within 24 hours in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were significantly higher than those in 2021.The mortality rate of patients with multiple injuries was higher than that in 2021.The proportion of grade IV patients in the emergency department,the setting rate of emergency intensive care unit,the success rate of in-hospital cardiac arrest resuscitation and the mortality rate of patients with poisoning did not change much compared with 2021.There were differences in the index data of different types of medical institutions.Conclusion All kinds of medical institutions should continuously improve the process quality and result quality of emergency patient treatment.The National Emergency Quality Control Center should continue to carry out targeted quality improvement work to promote the continuous improvement of national emergency medical service quality.
